The Leadership ID Program is a unique, research based leadership development program created by Suzi Skinner, Managing Director of Roar People whose purpose is to “Unleash the leadership potential of every individual, across every organisation.”

Based on findings that having a clear and consistent leadership identity is fundamental to career success, longevity and resilience, the program guides participants in discovering their authentic identity as a leader. Perhaps for the first time in their careers, participants are empowered to move forward with increased confidence and an authentic sense of leader purpose, engaging positively with their organisations.

The Leadership ID program is underpinned by a philosophical belief that the qualities of leadership exist within everyone. As such the program can be conducted with employees at every level in group and seminar settings. Our experience has shown that the most experienced executive through to the newest team member find their own 'aha' moments and experience their own developmental insights as part of the learning journey.

The program has been conducted in Australia, India, Europe and the United States via public program offerings, conference seminars, internal leadership and culture change programs. Suzi has presented the landmark research findings and run leadership development programs in addition to conducting the program for leading organisations locally and internationally.
